The MMS Message Send Service is a service developed and operated by abcMMS. abcMMS takes the clients privacy very seriously in particular in relation to multimedia message services ("Service").

Any personal information you ("You"/"Member") give us is treated confidentially and held with care and security.

When you register voluntarily for our Service, we collect personal information from you including names, addresses, email addresses, demographic information and other personal information. abcMMS is committed to continually staying at the forefront of data security.

The personal information you provide is used to customize the Service to your needs. For example, if you tell us that you enjoy cinema and music as interests, only advertisers with promotions relevant to these interests will be interested in sending you any information on their offering or events.

Advertising partners will be able to plan marketing campaigns using aggregate profile data. For example, they could choose to send a promotion to all users of the Service living in London, interested in music and arts. However, they will not be able to access any individual profile data.

Users opt-in to receive advertisements and promotions at registration. At any time, you may adjust the type of messages received by entering the user area and changing the settings pertaining to your requirements.

User Choices For Use Of Information
Users can update their own personal account information at any time by updating their personal profile through the user area.

Your Service account can be deleted or deactivated, but doing so will result in not being able to receive any further messages by contacting abcMMS MMS Message Send Service via our contact us page or using the 'Active' option in your account.

A user may discontinue participation in the Service at any time by submitting a termination request by contacting abcMMS Multimedia Message Send Service to office@abcmms.com.

Consent
By registering for the Service, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information by the Service in the manner set out in this privacy statement.

Refunds
Customers are entitled to a refund within 14 days of purchase of our service. If you choose to accept a refund your account will be deleted and you will no longer receive messages from abcMMS.
